In 2022, after extensive research on the multiple real estat rental markets I decided that St. Louis would be one of the more desirable markets. In addition to composing the Appeal Letter, Brian also appeared on my behalf at the Appeal Hearing where he meticulously articulated our justifications for the parcel consolidation request. Brians relentlessness and diligence yielded the successful Appeal for the parcel consolidation. The property had an extremely high level of interests as soon as it was listed on the MLS.
