The Graham Brothers helped me find the house I was looking for. We had a number of conversations on my goals/intent with the house, what particulars I wanted, and they gave great advice. When the offer was placed they strongly advocated for my benefit and ensured to involve me in the possible ways forward when options arose. Communication was consistent, timely, and spot on. This is the third house I've bought and the best experience. I will definitely be calling them for future purchases!

The Graham Brothers are wonderful to work with! They are incredibly personable and fun to work with. We bought a new construction home prior to completion (about 9 months out following a few delays on the builder side). They were with us every step of the way! We could reach them via phone or text at any time. They advocated and negotiated on our behalf to secure all changes to the home that we wanted - changes to kitchen design, altered some living spaces, closing in the car port, finishing the second floor of the casita. Hayden and Gavin are well versed in the market, overall trends, and the entire home buying process start to finish. Plus they just make a stressful process something to be excited about with their enthusiasm, unwavering optimism, and dedication. We highly recommend them to anyone!

My husband was looking up Austin realtors on Instagram when he came across Gavin and Hayden's page. They had a great following, amazing reviews, and the homes they had sold, were selling, or had available for rent were completely up our alley. Their whole approach and aesthetic felt exactly like what we were looking for. We came down to Austin in 2025, met Gavin and Hayden for the first time, and toured some properties with them. Right away, they were nothing but charming, funny, easygoing, and incredibly down-to-earth. You can tell they're genuinely good men -- honest, resourceful and people you can trust. One of my absolute favorite things about working with them was that they were never pushy. Not once. The Graham Brothers ended up finding us what was originally supposed to be a short-term rental in a beautiful neighbourhood in South Austin. Well... we ended up loving the home and the community so much that we decided to buy it!
