We live in upstate NY and wanted to buy a retirement home in WV, we tried by ourselves to find a place on line and made a trip south. that didnt work out so well! Larry was recommended by my sister in law who had heard good things about Larry & his team. I contacted Larry and made plans to head south again, Larry was patient with us and spent the whole day traveling all over the eastern panhandle looking for the perfect house. We didnt find it on the 1st trip, however 2 weeks later we made our 2nd trip and there it was our perfect house! Larry went above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent from start to finish he was always there for us day or night! He always answered our numerous phone calls and emails and was always there to calm us down. From start to finish the whole process took less than 3 months! Larry & his team are the best!! We didnt just get a real estate agent we also made a new friend! I would reccomend Larry to friends and family with no hesitation!

Originally, we started contact with Vicki as a referral from a friend. She lived up to every expectation. Vicki was there for us from beginning to end. We never felt silly asking questions and reaching out to her any day, any time. Vicki was even there for estimates on improvements we needed to make to the house we were selling. She also worked tirelessly showing us numerous homes over many weekends. I honestly have to say that Vicki took as much burden out of this experience as possible. It was a seamless transition between selling our home and buying the house we always hoped to find. Negotiations were handled promptly and smartly.
