We found a new home without listing our current house first.... We completely did the process backwards. Even with that, Cassie jumped in and helped us declutter the house and get it listed ASAP. Cassie then aggressively marketed the home until the right buyer came along. We weren't going to settle on less than we needed for the new house and Cassie got it done.
