Modern Day Real Estate

I met Daniel Villacis over 10 years ago when he helped me relocate to Stamford, Connecticut and purchase my home. From the very beginning, Daniel demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. Since then, I have worked with Daniel and his office on several investment properties, and every experience has been consistently excellent. There was never any guesswork involved?Daniel and his team always kept me fully informed, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure I felt confident in each decision. Their level of professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to their clients truly stands out. I trust Daniel completely and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced, and trustworthy broker.

Dan is a professional who was punctual and very responsive. He knew the county market incredibly well and was able to give tailored advice for varying situations and needs. There are tons of agents that fit this description but what stood out most about Dan and his work was it was centered around integrity and honesty. These are hard attributes to come across today, so when you find it you cling on to it for dear life. Please, for your sake - use Dan and his team!

Danny and his team did an amazing job helping me through the process of buying my home. His knowledge in the Stamford market is exceptional, he answered all the questions I had with buying my first home. Highly recommendable.

Daniel and Gabriela are great to work with! They not only helped me to find my condo, but when it was time to sell, they did a great job giving advice on how to stage and sell. They were persistent and were able to schedule a large amount of showings in a short time. I am very happy with the result! If you are buying or selling a house or condo, definitely call Daniel and Gabriela of Modern Day Real Estate!

Our great experience with Modern day started about 5 years ago when I purchased a condo with Daniel Villacis and even with all the Covid precautions, it was a great experience from start to finish and it really goes to show that you must pick a realtor with the 20 plus years experience that Daniel?s Modern Day Real Estate team has. 5 years Later we got our second property with Modern Day and we were able to start shopping in late October and closed on December 16!! Best holiday gift was our dream home ! We wasted no time and felt no pressure through the whole process . Daniel and his team made it feel like shopping with family and taught us soo much. I am convinced they have the ultimate Real estate playbook ! My Family wants to thank Gabriela , Daniel and Daniel jr for all of your hard work and dedication! I could not have picked a better team ! Happy Holidays!!
