STOP... LOOK NO MORE! You have found the BEST Real Estate Agent that one can find. Let me be the first to tell you that Real Estate Agents like financial advisors, earn their income by using your personal wealth to enhance their personal wealth. This has always bothered me because when was the last time a financial advisor told you to sell. So with that I enthusiastically write this recommendation about Real Estate Agent Diana Benson. We have never met! But we communicated through texting, emails and the phone day and night!My professional relationship with Ms Benson began when I contacted the Re Max Real Estate Office in Visalia, California and out of the blue, I was lucky enough to be connected to Diana Benson. I decided to place a home in Visalia on the market and called the Re Max Office to find an agent to assist me and I live in another state.To my amazement I discovered the most hard working Real Estate Agent I had ever encountered. Ms Benson seemed to never stop working on trying to get my property ready for sale. Within a few days we had multiple offers on the house. After the home inspection her work really began. Escrow was just a short 30 days and a lot of work had to be completed. Ms Benson would sent me texts at 5:30AM and contact me as early as 07:00 AM and as late as 11:00PM. This was almost every day that I had contact with Ms Benson. This lady became an extension of me as she met the gas company when they had to turn on the gas, light the hot water heater and furnace. Ms Benson met numerous individuals to allow entry to the property while it was still occupied and once the house was vacated. How many agents will meet repairmen, electricians, the gas company, an AC and Furnace Company, as early as 8:00 AM in the morning and then rush to meet the inspector at 4:30 PM in the afternoon. Ms Benson would research various companies for bids on a job plus she had to do the usual paper chase when selling a home. Ms Benson is a woman among women! I have sold and bought many homes in my life time and this is the only review I have ever written on a Real Estate Agent. But, she is the one Real Estate Agent that has truly impressed me and yet as I said before I have never met this lady! Call her today 559-302-2919. I would and you should!
