Model Realty

We reached out to Jared based on another sale in our neighborhood but also reached out to some other agents. Jared was very up front and detailed his process and initial costs. He was frank about the market and expectations but also how best to position ourselves. He came to our first meeting with research in hand about the area for us to consider before even signed with him. Once we did, the prep process was very efficient and well done. He was always prompt on his responses. Through the close process he kept constant communication. I would easily recommend Jared to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Fort Worth area

Jared and Paige were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to help us go through the process of selling our house. They were always upfront and honest and were always there to respond when we had questions. I would highly highly recommend them again.

I would recommend model realty to anyone who can't afford to fix up your house and need to sell it as is! Jared Benson is a great guy! He really helped me and my brother out! I was excited when I drove by my old house and saw that it had already been sold and I also loved how they remodeled it on the inside!

"Jared and his associates are consummate professionals. His assistant, the photographer and the staging advisor were extremely helpful and patient. Jared stayed in constant communication with us and responded quickly to our questions. Most importantly, our house was sold after five days on the market for well over the asking price. "

Jared was very easy to work with, great at communicating, professional and resourceful, and sold our property in 3 weeks (from listing day to closing day). His knowledge and experience ensured we took care of all essential items ahead of time to make house as desirable as possible. It was a smooth process and truly a win win situation for all parties. Highly recommend Jared (and his operations manager Paige)!
