Josh made everything extremely convenient for me. He was very responsive throughout the entire process. I had a concern about a major repairs that were needed, and he negotiated for a fair credit toward my closing cost to cover this. As a first-time home buyer I probably couldn't have asked for an easier way of doing things.

Bernie was reccommended to me and at first there was a bit of hestation because of a previous experience i had with another recommendation but thankfully it was the complete opposite with Bernie. He was amazing! He was very well at communicating and answering my questions! His friendliness and willingness to assist made the process smooth and easy. Bernie listened to what I wanted and was able to get me exactly what I was asking for. He displays his professionalism quite well!

We had an excellent experience working with Isidro. From the beginning he was extremely helpful knowledgeable and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns that I had or didn't quite understand. As a veteran using the VA loan , the process can sometimes be a little more complicated , but he understood it very well and helped guide us through everything. He also listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a home with features that were important to us, like 4 bedrooms and enough space for RV parking or a 3 car garage. During the process we had gone into escrow with another house but due to solar issues on the sellers side and things that were out of our control we were not able to complete escrow. Thankfully he made sure we kept our contingencies in place so we were protected and we did not have to lose out on our deposit. Even though the situation was stressful he still helped us keep looking for houses and we were able to find another home that was a better fit for us. We truly appreciate all the hard work he put in and i would absolutely work with Isidro again in the future if I am looking to buy another home or investment property. I highly recommend him to anyone trying to buy a house, especially any veterans or military personnel wanting to use a VA loan.

Although he was fairly new on the field, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He made buying a home less stressful for me and made the whole process quick and easy.
