Jerry is great to work with. I sold my home in June and needed to find a larger home in a very specific area. Jerry kept me informed of available properties in the area, and a few interesting ones just outside. He presented my offers to other realtors and fought to get me the best price. I had made an offer on a particular home, but multiple offers were also made, and a higher price was accepted. A few weeks later that deal fell through, and Jerry negotiated getting me the home at my original offer. I cannot say how much I appreciate all the time, energy and effort Dave Morales put into helping my husband and I buy a home. The house that we rented for over five years was put on the market, and although we felt we were in the position to buy a house, we really did not want to buy that house. We were given 30 days to move and had a hard time finding another house to rent; we knew we would not be able to buy a house within thirty days. We moved in with my father-in-law in November 2020 with intentions of buying a home within 90 to 120 days at the latest. On January 7, 2021, our world was turned upside down when my husband suffered a massive stroke and our plan to buy a house was put on hold. The living situation was very difficult, my father-in -law planned to move to Arizona and wanted to sell his house. There were many times I was so discouraged that I just wanted to give up, but Dave continued to tell me, "There is a house out there for you, we just need to keep looking". I cannot tell you how many times Dave talked me off the ledge and continued to encourage me, even when I was so discouraged. Dave continued to send me new listings and we continued to look at houses. During this time, Dave was also educating me about buying a home. I had so many questions all the time and he was so very patient. Finally, we found a house we could afford, and the owners accepted our offer, we began moving on March 13, 2022. I really believe that most agents would have walked away months ago and said "Sorry, there is no more I can do to help you" but Dave never did, in fact, when I said, I just cannot do this anymore, Dave said, "yes, you can!" Dave went above and beyond to help us find a home.
