Miramar International

Always calls or texts back when needed, highly recommended!! Helped me find the perfect rental and went out her way just to help me find a good deal! Cant wait to be able to purchase my future house with her I kno for a fact that I will get a great deal and great advise as always.

Erica is very good in her job she answers every question she was with me through everything buying my home from the beginning to the end. When time to sell I will call Erica again. Erica is like family. Very understanding with everything . God blessing to her

Highly recommend Erica as your agent. She?s always just a phone call away and super helpful. She gave us information that we didn?t know about that my previous agent never mentioned which got us our house. I was satisfied and now living in a new home

It was one of the best experience working with Erica. She made you feel so right, never pressured us into something we weren?t sure about! If she seen us not to sure about a home she would say ? if it?s the one you will feel it the moment you walk in? that?s something I learned from her!

If you need someone who is going to be available 24/7, she is your person. She showed us so many homes and quickly. Never had us waiting & really fought for us in the end to convince the seller to choose us. I would recommend her hands down and would totally go back to her.
