Mills Realty

I wouldnt recommend for property management. This Man hires anybody to do work and they never come to clean our building. Weve had animal feces on the back porch for over a year and when someone came they walked past the feces on the 2nd floor and only picked up what was on the third floor. No disinfecting or cleaning. Promised pest control and never shows up for it. There was a fire in the building and no one has come to clean the carpet on the steps or the walls or even clean the air in the building. He does zero preventative maintenance. Weve been without hot water for days now. Had the water heater been inspected on a bi-annual or quarterly basis this could have been avoided.

It is more than obvious that Mr. Viamille is both experienced and skilled at his profession. My conversations with him have shown a working knowledge of real estate, and excellent communicative skills. He is both prompt to respond as well as easy to indicate my specific wants and expectations.I will readily recommend Leroy Viamille to whomever I know looking for a realtor.

Mr. Vialmill and his team at 2640 W Touhy were very helpful, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, Mills team took over the condos fourteen months ago, within that short time the team collected thousands of dollars that was owed to the association as well as caught up on long overdue utility bill, changing sanitation company through financial negotiations while having a prosperous plan for the future of the building. Thanks to the entire team. A special KUDOS to Shelley

Leroy and his team were very helpful, responsive and overall knowledgeable. Leroy was a staple piece during the negotiation and sales process. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the services Leroy provided. He walked us through understanding legal documents and its terminology and educating us along the way. Thank you Leroy! You made this purchase seamless and we appreciate the work you do. We will definitely use Mills Realty again!

I'm please with the outcome of Mr. viamille expertise of marketing my home and executing it. I was not sure it was to sell but he did it with his negotiating skills. So I'm thankful and grateful .
