Miller & Associates Realty, LLC

Chad was a great partner in our condo purchase. We are so pleased with the service he provides. He provided valuable insights on the condos, market and area. We highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

As first time condo buyers Chad made sure there was time to look at the whole complex not just the condo unit , this prove to be time very well spent. We bought our first condo in Dec. 2019 and are currently using Chad to help us purchase another as an investment property.

Chad is particularly knowledgeable about the process of purchasing a condo in Panama City Beach. He understands the process very well and knows how to ask the right questions to find the right property for you.

Chad was very helpful. I told him what I wanted and thats what he showed me. He never tried to show me anything but what I wanted. Wed view condos and hed stand back. He never tried to sell me anything. We both knew Id know the one I wanted when I saw it. I purchased a condo with his help and hes now listing my other condo. Besides a realtor, I gained a great friend in Chad!

We can?t thank Chad enough for all of his help navigating us through the buying process of our first condo. He was there for us through every hurdle and we would NEVER have made it to the closing table without him. Chad truly cares about his clients. He continued to lend support even after closing to ensure we had everything we needed and answer the many questions we had as a new owner. If you are looking to purchase real estate in the PCB area, we highly recommend him him!
