Will was amazing and fun to work with. He made a very stressful move from out of state so easy on us. He was always available and responsive to calls and questions. The different homes we looked at were new builds and new-ish homes. He was knowledgeable on the quality of work of the builders and the difficulty to work with them on changes or repairs that could potentially be needed. That knowledge helped guide us when we were split between homes we wanted. He worked directly with our lender to ensure the loan process was going smoothly and quickly. Any additional information needed he quickly got it back to our lender. After we moved into our new home there were still some inspection issues that were not resolved by the previous owner that were supposed to be and he reached out to the sellers agent to get them repaired in a timely manner.

William was AMAZING! We bought our house in July and it was such an overwhelming process but William made it so easy and smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
