Kelsea is the best! She made our first home buying experience enjoyable and the whole process start to finish was seamless because of her help. From the beginning, she laid out exactly the steps we needed to take and updated them along the way. She spoke with our lender to make sure we were all on the same page. She negotiated with the other realtor on our behalf and was a great advocate for us. Couldnt recommend working with her enough.

Kelsey made buying our first home genuinely enjoyable, even when it wasn't easy. My husband and I closed in April, and a lot of that is thanks to her guidance along the way. We lost out on two houses before finding the right one, and Kelsey kept us level-headed and hopeful through it aEUR" always quick to respond, always willing to talk things through. She made a stressful process feel a lot more manageable. We really can't recommend her enough.

If you are looking for the best realtor in Golden, Colorado, I highly recommend Halley Zadeyan with Homes by Halley. Halley has an incredible understanding of the Golden real estate market and brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to every transaction. What really sets her apart is how much she helps sellers prepare their homes before listing. From recommending paint colors and new fixtures to coordinating staging and marketing, she truly knows how to position a home to attract buyers and maximize value. If you are buying or selling in Golden, Applewood, or Wheat Ridge, Halley is absolutely the realtor you want on your team.

Kelsea was great to work with when I was buying a house in Colorado. I moved from out of state and was only in town for a week to look at houses. She listened to what I was looking for, knew the area, helped me find the perfect place, and kept the stress level low throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Kelsea was awesome! She was always on top of everything that needed to be done. She "held our hand" through the entire process. We will recommend her to anyone who wants the best experience when buying a house.
