Debby helped me and my wife find our first home in Boulder as we moved from California, and then recently sell our house as we moved back to Europe. It was such a great experience, and honestly just good fun buying the house, a little tougher selling it with the market. Debby's deep knowledge of the Boulder area and ability to listen/understand our needs allowed her to quickly define the the best approach for buying and selling. The trust we had in Debby, was only epitomized by the fact that we bid on the house purely on her recommendation and her viewing it, and also sold the house with Debby while out of the country. We loved the house and were so sad to see it go!

We selected Debby bc we liked the presence of MHM in Boulder, and interviewed her in particular bc of her varied experience/education/reviews. Due to circumstances, we bought our house from OOS. Without Debby's opinion/guidance/crazy responsiveness (meeting so many tradesmen at the house/availability throughout the process!!), we would not have been able to close on this house and start our next chapter. Not only was Debby able to alert us as to what warranted attention based upon CO/the area, but even effectively guided the process towards success (after x, you want to do Y, then z..). A stressful event was much less anxiety-filled and smooth thanks to Debby. Her easygoing/calm nature makes her a pleasure to work with. We are very glad we found Debby.
