I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Gabrielle Ringler. I was staying in Raleigh, NC and was wanting to buy a home in Tampa Florida. I contacted Gabrielle and she was phenomenal in taking care of our needs. Her help was exemplary as we would make unplanned visits to Florida in search of homes. She helped us short list the areas most suitable to us, provided valuable critical advice, and took great trouble to show us homes at extremely short notice. She has contacts with a very capable teams of service professionals. With her as a go between we used her contacts for home inspections, Loan application, lawn service, kitchen upgrades etc., to name a few, to our full satisfaction. Her honesty, integrity and dedication was remarkable and I would suggest any potential client to try her service and feel her trustworthiness. For us she went out of the way to provide information at odd hours and was extremely understanding of our difficulties in many situations. We would say she is the most caring and an honest realtor. We would recommend her for anyone who is looking for a hard working honest realtor.

We recommend Gabrielle with the highest esteem. Gabby as she introduced herself to us was a treat and a treasure to work with. We were new to the area so looking for a home also meant learning about all the various neighborhoods. Gabby was so positive in her approach with us. Every morning new listings were sent, we would charter a course and then she would take the lead. We always felt our best interests were foremost in her mind. When we finally found the house we wanted in the neighborhood of choice, Gabby was a terrific negotiator and Helped us with excellent references for inspections and needed work. If you are looking for more than your average real estate agent, if you want a real advocate and champion, then Gabrielle is your person. With all of that she is also bright, fun, intelligent, knowledgeable, a great listener and the best!!!
