Ashley was beyond amazing in every single way. I have worked with a few realtors now in buying and selling a house and she is so many levels above the others. She is so personable and it felt like I had a friend with me. She was incredibly knowledgeable about so many houses, neighborhoods, areas, and builders. She could basically read my mind. She communicated very well and made sure that I always understood everything. From first contacting her, to putting an offer in on our house, was less than two weeks. I gave her a crazy fast timeline and she did it all without breaking a sweat. We also did everything while I was living ten hours away! She was also able to connect me with great lenders at different banks so that I could talk to each and pick the best option for me. She had a list of servicemen such as an inspector so I didnt have to find anyone on my own. She has helped with multiple things even after we signed on the house. Not to mention, she provided things like flowers for Mothers Day and coffee bar day for her past and current clients, just because. She is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone and everyone and will be using her in the future.
