Michael Saunders & Company

Christine Pope, a Michael Saunders realtor, provided top notch service representing me in the sale of my condominium located at Castle del Mare. She is extremely pleasant, friendly , thoughtful and kind. I will recommend her highly as one of the best realtors in the Sarasota area.

Christine Pope was just great to work with. She was very tactful in dealing with setting an asking price and sensitive to client expectations. Her advice in staging without investing too much of an expenditure was spot on. She also did a great job managing the closing for out of state clients and made the process pretty stress free. If you are in need of a very competent real estate broker in the Sarasota, FL area, I highly recommend Christine.

An offer in 72 hours and a closing within 30 days. Were still a little amazed by that, but having worked with her, we understand how much went into making it happen. Before our house ever went on the market, she helped us decide which repairs needed attention, how to prepare for showings, and how to stage the house so buyers could see its full potential. She gave us clear direction at a time when we had a lot on our plates and really needed someone who knew what to do next. What we appreciated most was that she walked beside us through every step. We never felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. She was our advisor, our sounding board, and the person keeping all the moving pieces together. She cared about the outcome, but she also cared about us and what this move meant in our lives. The quick sale was wonderful. Having someone we trusted guide us from getting the house ready all the way through closing meant just as much. Were so grateful we had her in our corner and would absolutely choose her again. aEUR"Marc and Brandy
