Michael Saunders & Co

I have bought and sold 17 homes in 26 years in Florida and have worked with a number of realtors, as would be expected. In my experience, Jennifer is the ABSOLUTE BEST REALTOR I have had the pleasure of working with. She is a true professional. She knows her business to the extreme. When she was working along side, with other listing agents while doing a showing, the other agents would defer to Jennifer's expertise. She knows downtown St. Pete like no other. She knows the High Rise Buildings like no other. She has contagious enthusiasm when talking about the property she is showing as well as about Downtown St. Pete! She shows off the details of a home like no other agent I have worked with. If you want a realtor that will work for you harder than any other realtor, ASK FOR JENNIFER!

Experienced, patient and imminently charming. Jen helped us secure a sale on our home less than a week after listing, and let us drag her to practically every listing in Seminole Heights during our search for a new place. Could not recommend more.

Jennifer was an excellent resource and negotiator who deftly handled all aspects of my search. She is excellent and I highly recommend her. She is very creative at problem solving.

Simply the best! . When we moved to St Pete in 2022, Jennifer and her team helped us find the perfect place to land. When our lifes journey took us away from St Pete this year, there was only one person we knew we could trust with our listing. Jennifer and her team handled every detail. Jennifer brings creativity, energy, and focus. What makes Jennifer great? she doesnt treat each deal as just a transaction, she thinks about every detail and makes sure her clients have clarity understanding regarding the strategy. She checks in many times along the way to make sure there is alignment. When its time to pivot, shes always ready to with options. We bought AND sold with Jennifer Thayer. There is simply NO ONE else to call if youre buying or selling in St Pete. No one knows the market better, and no one works as hard.

Jennifer has her finger on the pulse of all things St. Petersburg making her an excellent choice if you need a quick sale. She is passionate about her work and tirelessly goes above and beyond what would normally be expected from a realtor. She is friendly, down to earth, and very professional. You won't be disappointed.
