Joann was hugely helpful for our search for a rental apartment. She was accommodating in showing us around the apartment, negotiating with the landlords, and helping us sign our rental contracts. She was knowledgable on alternate options and shared lots of tips about our new neighborhood. We highly recommend working with her, and we'll ask her first on any property questions we may have!

Working with Joann was a fantastic experience. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us secure an apartment in less than a week. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always answering our questions quickly and guiding us every step of the way. Beyond being professional, Joann is genuinely funny and easy to work with. She made what can be a stressful process feel comfortable and personal, and it truly felt like she had our best interests at heart. We highly recommend Joann to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable broker! Thank you, Joann!!
