Dave is a very responsive and patient agent who knows the Jefferson Park/Denver area very well. I was by no means an easy client asking annoying questions along the way as a first time home buyer. He used data (comps) to inform pricing and negations. He did not let the intermediation a low offer, compared to the ask, prevent us from submitting a fair market value offer to the seller. He provides sound advice throughout the process and does a good job of giving space, leaving emotions off the table, and only offering an opinion when directly asked. This enables me as a buyer remain clear minded and less stressed through the process. Thanks Dave.
