Kathleen is amazing! She was so helpful and truly wanted to make sure we found a house we truly loved. Her team is excellent and with you every step of the way. They were willing to put in the time it took to make sure we were able to get an amazing house and get a good deal. Kathleen and Jeff are so sweet and kind. She immediately felt like a friend. She took time to sit down with us and see what the pros and cons were for each property and what was most important to us. She has definetly found something she is truly excellent at with real estate. We are so pleased and will never use anyone else! Our experience was so good. Moving is so stressful but with Kathleen we knew we were always in excellent hands so we could rest easy that she had it under control. She was always prompt in her responses and thought of things before we could even ask. She was totally honest when looking at houses if she spotted any potential issues she pointed them out and told us why. She is very organized and thorough so we knew nothing would get past her. If you are house shopping do yourself a favor and go with Kathleen. You will not be sorry.

Kathleen and her team are an expert group of real estate professionals. My wife and I worked with Kathleen back in 2015 to purchase our first home as a recommendation from a friend after having trouble with other realtors in the OKC area. Immediately after we switched over, it felt like we were THE number 1 client, and instead of pushing houses on their listings or cornering us into choices, she was able to find us an amazing house that suited our style and needs. We were brand new to the home buying process, and she walked us through the ins and outs in a clear methodical way, that put us at ease, even helping us work a floor re-finishing into our home purchase. Something we didn't even think was an option!We left the state for a bit, and have now returned to OKC, and the first people we thought of contacting to help us look was Kat. I didn't think we could have a better experience than what we saw in 2015, but I was wrong. In a few short years, somehow they found a way to make the process even more efficient. We were able to line up all the houses we was interested in, inside of one afternoon, and a few days later we put in an offer and were under contract.
