Sarah was amazing to work with and my husband and I are so grateful she helped us through the process of both selling and purchasing our new home. She was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She was always open and honest with us and kept us informed on every little detail. She showed us so many wonderful homes and did not stop searching for us until we found our home. This was a crazy market to buy/sell in and I am so happy we had her guiding us through it!

I cant believe were settled into our new home after the crazy year everyone has had! We couldnt have done it without Sarah! She worked hard to dig up homes in a time when the market was scarce and got us in to check out everything we could find in our area! Sarah was honest and totally real, and great with communication and resources! She even found a buyer for our house in the middle of it all. We hadnt moved in almost 20 years and she made it as easy as possible for us. We are so appreciative of her hard work!

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah! Selling with her was a breeze. Our house sold the first weekend. Our home buying experience, however, was not an easy road to travel in a seller's market. We put contracts on 5 houses before we finally closed on our dream home. Sarah is extremely professional, but girl can bring the laughs when they're desperately needed. You'll need them during this stressful time of your life. Trust me! Our heartbreaks and eventual joy were clearly hers as well. Youll never find an agent who cares more about making sure you end up in the right place. She told me many times when she felt a home was wrong for us despite it delaying her eventual paycheck. She wouldnt have been satisfied with a commission had we ended up in a home that didnt meet our expectations or fulfill our dreams. She has integrity and heart. Shes loyal. She has extremely high standards and cares deeply about people. She's your agent! You cant go wrong hiring her.

Sarah was absolutely invaluable during our first home search and purchase. She was very responsive to our many questions, gave us accurate information on what to expect from the market and the process, went above and beyond with scheduling showings despite our limited schedule and was overall such a fantastic person to work with. We also sold our house with her and she made that process a breeze as well! She was always on time and communicated vital information promptly. When she didn't know the answer she would tell us she would find out and let us know and she always delivered! I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

She constantly kept our budget and expectations in mind, while also being honest with us about value or concerns about a property. Sarah also sold our old residence as well and made that process amazingly easy for first time selling. She came over and walked the residence multiple times to make sure things were in order for pictures and showings.
