Merritt Estates

Renee is an expert when it comes to real estate. From making the first offer to closing, she keeps you apprised of every detail. I truly appreciated every contact, heads-up and explanation she provided. If you want someone who makes you feel as if you are her only client, contact Renee!

Renee is very knowledgeable and can sell anywhere in the county, maybe the state. That made it easy when I had her come about as far away from her comfort zone as possible. She took the time to make multiple offers and showed each one that was available. Very Likeable.

Renee was awesome! We just moved to AZ and needed housing in a tough housing market. Not only did she first find us a gem of a rental for the immediate need, she helped us secure a lot, build a new house and watch for the land mines along the way. She is highly knowledgeable about the process and watches out for her clients best interest. I had less stress knowing she had things under control the entire process. I would highly recommend Renee and look forward to working with her if we have needs again. Thanks!

Renee, was a patient and gracious agent during our home search. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful through the inspection and closing process. We had a great home-buying experience and strongly recommend Renee and her team!
