I thought we were Lisas biggest fans, but reading these reviews I see its a large fan club! Theres a reason for that. Lisa helped my husband and I buy a property in Center Harbor in 2020 after looking at a number of properties on both Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake. She is very knowledgeable of the area, the real estate market, appropriate price levels and bidding strategies and the selling/buying process itself. Shes incredibly responsive and keeps things moving when they need to move quickly, especially in a hot market! Shell be open and honest when asked her opinion, and shell support you and advocate for you 100% of the way once youve decided to move ahead. She helped us find the right inspectors, lawyers, everyone we needed to complete our purchase and all her recommendations were top notch. We cant say enough good things about her!

Lisa was so great to work with. The best part for me was that she was focused on helping me find a home that met my needs and was always honest when she felt it didn't.
