Merrilee O'Brien Realty LLC / Realty One Group-Orca

Our experience with Marrilee OBrien and her team was wonderful from beginning to end. She is very good at listening to you and what you want but will also share her expertise and opinion when you ask for it. She has a great personality and is easy to work with. Marrilee also hires very talented people. Her stager knows how to arrange the furniture and dress up the house so that it presents its best self. Marrilee?s marketing team does a phenomenal job with expert photography and videos. The team handling all of the details and paperwork and the escrow company were all great to work with. Marrilee and everyone that we had contact with responded quickly to any questions that we had. It was the smoothest real estate transaction that we have ever had. It is hard to do it all justice in writing. You really need to meet Merrilee and Celline and see them marketing for yourself.

Celine and Merrilee were so helpful in finding us our first home. They were in contact with us every step of the way, and worked really hard to help us understand everything that was going on throughout the process. They also were so amazingly available at all times - even on holiday weekends! I 100% recommend that you work with Celine and Merrilee to find your next home!

Merrilee and Celine were amazing to work with! They were quick when I had questions as well as very knowledgeable and always flexible for tours. They kept me well informed on the homes I was interested in and once I found the one, they kept me in the loop through the whole process. I felt guided the entire time.

The Dream Team are amazing women. They are dedicated, hardworking, loyal and a real pleasure to work with. Merrilee and Celine brought a lot of knowledge and creative instinct to the table to make the whole experience less stressful. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a great team.

Celine is quick to respond to any question or concern. She secured the highest quality photography and staging. Her impressive marketing strategy sold our house the first weekend and above the asking price. While the sale was pending, she continually checked up on the process to anticipate any issues. She had the entire sale under control.
