Best Buy Reality assisted us from the beginning when numerous other companies would not speak with me since I was not yet in the area. I first spoke with Sheri in January, and she and her team assisted us until we closed on our home in October. Sheri and her team member, Armand were instrumental in my husband and I finding the right home. We moved from Oklahoma to Massachusetts where oil heat, basements, and lead paint are but a few examples of things we were not familiar with in houses. We relied heavily upon Armand's construction background when looking at beautiful old homes. He could point out many potential problems, or costs we would likely encounter with each home. Sheri was instrumental in negotiating- including having a frank conversation with us regarding heating costs of one particular home. We were ready to place an offer; however, that extra care and information kept us from placing ourselves in a horrible financial situation-again from Oklahoma, the winters were much cheaper! Sheri could have easily facilitated the contract, collected her commission, and left us to find out the extra hundreds of dollars we would spend monthly. I appreciate Sheri and Armand's openness, yet always leaving us to decide and respecting each opinion. I appreciate their endless patience with our hundreds of questions! We love our new home, but will not be there long term (due to job related situations). When the time comes to sell and purchase again, Best Buy Reality's team will absolutely be who we call.
