Sheri and Armand worked with my family tirelessly to truly find us our dream house. My husband and I had a very specific list of expectations and this incredible team hit every single item. They went to multiple open houses, did hours of research, answered every silly question I had. You could not find a better team to find you the house of your dreams.

Sheri was always available on the other side of the phone, made it easy for me to make the purchase from out of state. She is knowledgeable about the area, houses, and real estate in general. She is easy to communicate and always prompt.

My husband and I worked with Sheri to find and purchase our first home. Throughout the whole process, Sheri was professional, patient and attentive. She did an incredible job of walking us through the whole process - from deciding what we wanted in a home to asking the right questions at a showing. Sheri's years of experience showed in her impressive knowledge, confidence and easy-going personality. Most of all, Sheri made me feel self-assured and relaxed through what can often be a very stressful process. We are so happy with our new home and so thankful to Sheri for helping us find it! I would most certainly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

What Sheri brings to the public is a well constructed team to guide the client through the process of buying or selling a home. The name "Professional Associates" for her agency is very fitting. If you have ever have been involved in the sale of property, you know that the process is complicated and can easily become overwhelming. With Sheri's team, that did not happen to me. I moved out of state when I put my home up for sale. At no point, even a thousand miles away, did I feel uncomfortable leaving the process to her. When the snow hit, I was in Florida. I had no idea how bad it was. Sheri and her team arranged for the driveway to be plowed and the roof shoveled which put my mind at ease after reading so many articles about roof collapses up there in Mass. And I did not have to do a thing. That's Professionalism! Most importantly, she listed my house on January 1, 2015 and presented me with an offer on January 11th with a closing on March 13!

Sheri was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her friendly but professional business manner put me at ease through what can be a very stressful process. In additon, her years of experience came in handy several times when she questioned things about a property I didnt even know to look for! I would highly recommend Sheri to anyone looking to buy a home.

I have to sell my house for less than one month. Sheri was very understanding and did an excellent job preparing the house for the market. I was impressed by her dedication and real estate market knowledge. Thanks to her had work, the house was sold for 7 days. Sheri and her team guided me through the entire process and helped me to close the deal in one month.

I had to sell my house very quickly. Sheri was recommended to me by a mutual aquaintance. I contacted Sheri on a Friday, sat down with her on Saturday, at which time she was ery prepared and had done her research. The house was listed Sunday, and on Monday we received asking price. Sheri and her team kept me informed evey step of the way, responded to any questions I had in a timely manner, and were very supportive through a rather stressful move. I would recommend Sheri to anyone who has the need to buy or sell property.

Sheri was incredibly helpful as we looked for a space for our companies second location. She took the time to first find out exactly what we wanted, traffic location visibility space etc. Also to understand any expansion plans we had in the future. She handled all negotiations - making it easier for us to focus on. What we do well. I also know home buyers, and those looking for rental properties Sheri has worked with and they where very pleased.

Best Buy Reality assisted us from the beginning when numerous other companies would not speak with me since I was not yet in the area. I first spoke with Sheri in January, and she and her team assisted us until we closed on our home in October. Sheri and her team member, Armand were instrumental in my husband and I finding the right home. We moved from Oklahoma to Massachusetts where oil heat, basements, and lead paint are but a few examples of things we were not familiar with in houses. We relied heavily upon Armand's construction background when looking at beautiful old homes. He could point out many potential problems, or costs we would likely encounter with each home. Sheri was instrumental in negotiating- including having a frank conversation with us regarding heating costs of one particular home. We were ready to place an offer; however, that extra care and information kept us from placing ourselves in a horrible financial situation-again from Oklahoma, the winters were much cheaper! Sheri could have easily facilitated the contract, collected her commission, and left us to find out the extra hundreds of dollars we would spend monthly. I appreciate Sheri and Armand's openness, yet always leaving us to decide and respecting each opinion. I appreciate their endless patience with our hundreds of questions! We love our new home, but will not be there long term (due to job related situations). When the time comes to sell and purchase again, Best Buy Reality's team will absolutely be who we call.

Having Sheri as my realtor was a savior when it came to my first home buying experience. Buying a house is stressful enough, but having my fiancA(C) overseas and buying a house together makes it 100 times worse. Without Sheri being much more than my realtor was what held me together during such a crazy time. I highly recommend Sheri to anyone looking for a high quality, caring realtor!
