Meeting Michele for the first time was like meeting an old friend for lunch. She was so warm and inviting and gracious not only with her time but with her personal touches. Our seller was a bit of a handful but Michele took it all in professional stride and kept us upbeat and reassured us every step of the way. She went WAY above and beyond our expectations.
