We reached out to Kurt when we were in the process of selling our house. We decided to do a aEURoefor sale by owneraEUR? instead (10/10 do NOT recommend by the way lol). Kurt came out and met with us, was very kind and professional knowing we were showing the house to potential interested parties but still gave us his time. Fast forward a few months down the road, we are days away from closing and the sale fell through. We reached out to Kurt and instead of taking the opportunity to jump on potential commission, he helped us SAVE the sale on our house by giving me pointers and contacts. We successfully closed less then a week later. He had every opportunity to put himself first and he continued to put us first time and time again without getting anything in return. We have loved working with him so much we have decided to ACTUALLY sign with him this time for the sale of another property we have in Oklahoma! He has undoubtedly earned that. If I could he would get a 100/10 stars from myself and family!

We had been looking for the perfect house in another region online for quite some time, and then one popped up that suited us down to the ground. However, it was 1200 miles away from us, and an open house was coming up in just 2 hours. We called Kurt and said "Could you go to the house before the opening and do a video walk-through for us. We might make an offer today." I'm sure Kurt was thinking, "Saturday morning, rush to a house, do a video walk-through, and make an offer?" I half expected him to think it was a prank call, but he obliged, made the offer and we got the house. That was the easy bit. Being 1200 miles away, Kurt offered to be our man on the ground before we could move in. He was awesome. He knew all of the tradespeople we needed and kept an eye on things before we arrived. If you are buying a house in the area, Kurt is your guy for sure.
