There wasn't a lot of room for negotiation when I purchased my house. The seller had previously had a lot of success finding a buyer (who pulled out) so he was firm on the price, despite it being a little high. We were able to come in under the original asking price and get some goodies. All in all, we did OK. As far as Ellen is concerned as a person and an Agent - top notch! We plan to use her for my mother-in-law's listing.

Ellen was fantastic. She showed us quite a few homes because we werent sure what we wanted. She was patient, always available and very knowledgeable. She did everything she could to help us find our new home! We couldnt be happier ! Thank you, Ellen & John
