McDowell Homes Real Estate Services

I cannot recommend Toni highly enough! Throughout my entire experience, she was incredibly responsive, always answering my calls and providing timely updates. Her negotiation skills are top-notch, and thanks to her, we were able to close on our new home quickly and without any issues. Toni's wealth of knowledge and expertise truly sets her apart from other realtors Ive worked with. She had all the right contacts, and she even empowered us to do our own research, making us feel confident and informed every step of the way. Having bought and sold over 10 properties, Ive worked with a variety of realtors, but Toni has hands down been the best in the business. If you want someone who is dedicated, skilled, and truly works for you, Toni is the one to go with!

We encountered Toni serendipitously when looking on our own for a condominium to downsize to for retirement. Tonis expertise and patience were a calming influence, being on the cusp of a new phase of life and having not sold a home in almost thirty years. Tonis market and marketing knowledge are spot on, and her focus, dedication, and professionalism are unparalleled. Toni kept an active and open line of communication with us, quick to respond and in the loop on both our home sale and condominium purchase. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor or real estate experience, and are grateful Toni came into our lives for this journey. We highly recommend Toni to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, and caring real estate professional

Toni helped my husband and I find a home in an area we were unfamiliar with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I reached out a lot with questions and she never seemed bothered by them. If she did not have an answer, she found one quickly. Toni was also very personable. She made us comfortable and put my mind at ease. She was concerned with things like a safe neighborhood and was honest when asked questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Toni helped my wife and I find and purchase our new dream home. Her expertise and warm personality shown thru. We dragged Toni everywhere for a month looking at houses. She was always patient and kind, listening to what we wanted and worked within our budget. My wife and I are so grateful to have met Toni and been able to work with her on this milestone in our life. We recommend her 110%.

Toni was easy to work with throughout the sale process. She was able to guide us in the right direction, starting with the appropriate pricing and advertising the house, and showing the house to prospective buyers. Her knowledge and insights were well appreciated. Easy to communicate across different mediums, including text, phone, and email. Highly recommend her services.
