McAtee Realty

Terri is absolutely the best!!! I have never worked with a more caring, attentative, proactive, professional person like this before, and I can't say enough good things about her. She was everything I was looking for in a realtor and more, and her help was invaluable in reaching my desired result.

Terri made the whole home buying process very easy. She's very personable and easy to talk to, and she made sure that we were kept up to date on each step.

From the very first day we decided to sell our property to closing Terri took such amazing care of our needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and concerns immediately and went above and beyond helping us get our home ready to sell. We cant thank her enough, would use her again and again and highly recommend her to sell your home.

Terri was very helpful, handling all issues that came up and keeping us informed. She was pleasant and went above and beyond what was required of her. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any real estate needs. She is knowledgeable and honest.

Positive experience! Super helpful, knowledgeable of local market, provided options, detailed comp analysis, and fine tuned into the types and styles of homes and neighborhoods we were interested in. Also strong in representing our household in negotiations and follow-up during the process. Really enjoyed working with her.
