Brad did an outstanding job helping us purchase our home. We first met Brad when we viewed a home his company had listed. It wasn't right for us but Brad got all the parameters about what we were looking for in homes. Garage, fence, size, zip codes, etc. Over the next 6 months we literally reviewed thousands of homes. He never once pestered us to expand or those parameters. And he faithfully continued to send new listings to us every week - usually several times a week. After 6 months we finally found a home we liked and we made an offer based on comps Brad prepared for us. The Seller counter offered, so we walked away from the deal. No problem with Brad. No pressure to go above the fair price that we offered. 2 weeks later the Sellers' agent contacted Brad and accepted our offer. Unfortunately the home inspection revealed the popcorn ceiling was asbestos (not safe for our grandchildren) so we canceled the purchase. Brad understood completely and didn't push us to negotiate. About a month later we did find another home Aunt. He put in an offer that was not accepted. 2 to 3 weeks later. Brad advised us that the Seller would accept our offer which required the roof to be replaced. Unfortunately it took quite a while for our bank to process the loan. We closed yesterday and very grateful to Brad for all his excellent work. We've also recommended him to our out-of-state landlord of 13 years wanting to sell that condo. My wife and I would highly recommend Brad to anyone buying a home. The Brooks

She and Jennifer Brillon gave me a fast and seamless experience when it came to preparing documents, getting signatures, communication with the selling party, and the closing team. Everything that I told Natalie that I wanted, I received. First showing, first offer, approved counteroffer, access to the property multiple times to accommodate a wetland survey, professional home inspection, wind mitigation report, WDO report, general contractor inspection, termite inspection, professional electrician inspection, and professional property appraisal.
