Maverick Homes and Neighborhoods

I was referred by a friend to Krishna Perkins and thank goodness I was!! This was my very first home buying experience and I had no idea what I was in for, but with Krishna's guidance and expertise I felt more confident about each decision I made along the way. He was always available to me during the process, always willing to explain the little details to me (and I had A LOT of questions!) and above all such a genuine and kind person to work with. The house buying process was scary and intimidating for me since I was a first-timer, but I really felt like Krishna was always looking out for my best interest and that made everything seem a lot less scary! He was very honest, encouraging and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

To be honest, we are arguably one of the most picky buyers. We eventually lost track how many properties Krishna has shown us in the past year. But we do remember every time his smile and patience with us. Not to mention his knowledge of the local market, impartial yet in-depth. We finally settled on one property and, thanks to Krishna's consistent follow-up, the closing process was swift. Highly recommended!

Krishna made my first home buying experience easier than I thought it would be. He responded promptly to all my questions and worries without fail and kept me up to date with the status of my purchase.

Krishna was a very good agent. He was very informative and up front with selling our home. He answered all our questions. I would recommend him to anyone selling a home pr buying. He will get the job done.

My wife and I were very nerve-racked since this was our first home purchase. We had already gone through a couple of other realtors who were not nearly as helpful as Krishna was. Once Kristian was on board, we were able to get our house nearly immediately. Thank you Krishna for all your hard work.
