He not only made it possible for us to buy a house unseen with confidence, but he knew who to cut the grass, clean it thoroughly, build on a back porch, and buy a bed and chairs when we came to visit. He helped us arrange to swap out carpet for hardwood floors, always on site to let people in and out while we were 350 miles away. We had not even met him and yet he treated us like family!
