I met Matthew Long in March while in town looking at investment property. It was short notice after an agent that I thought I was going to work with on Redfin was just not a good fit at all. Matthew was very accommodating with my tight schedule, he was prompt, he was very professional, and most of all he listened to what I was looking for and helped narrow my selections down. From the start Matthew was a refreshing change of pace and showed me a few great local properties keepign in mind my needs, unforunately we didnt find the right home on that trip. I returned to continue the search about a month later. This time we struck gold!! Two days into our search we found a "little" fixer upper in Arcadia and after some hard negotiations with a seller that wasn't backing down we finally recieved and accepted a counter offer. Matthew walked me very knowledgably through these strict closing contracts and I am proud to say I am pending on my soon to be second home/ investment property.
