Matt Smith Realty

Cynthia was wonderful to work with. My husband and I are looking for something for my sister and Cynthia is the only realtor we will use in VA. I highly recommend her to others. She made our purchase in Whitetop, VA go very smoothly.

Working with Cynthia was an absolute blessing. My sister and I recently sold our Dads home after his passing. Cynthia stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and incredible expertise. The photos she took of our property were bright and inviting. She took time to stage the home herself, transforming the space in a way that honored our Dad while showcasing its full potential to buyers. We received multiple offers immediately, far faster than we even hoped. We could not be more grateful. If you are looking for someone who leads with heart, skill, and unmatched dedication, she is the realtor you want by your side!

Cynthia is THE BEST! She was patient and committed to finding a house in Damascus, VA that fit my needs. I worked with her from a long distance and she communicated well and stayed in touch as properties came available . She knows the area and cares about the community. Both during and after the sale she has been helpful and an excellent resource. I cannot recommend her enough!

We weren't even sure about getting a realtor at first, but we are so glad that we went with Cynthia. She helped us every step of the way and was always available to answer our many questions as first time homebuyers. She pointed out things that we didn't know to even look for. You can tell that she has a passion for her work, and she wants you to find the home that fits your family best. We think she would be great for anyone looking to buy a home!

Cynthia is the best realtor that I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a house or property! She was able to network and find a buyer as soon as my house hit the market and worked with the buyer to make everything smooth for the sale. She pays attention to detail and is a great communicator. You can't go wrong with Cynthia and I am grateful for her hard work which to goes way beyond what most others would do! Thank you Cynthia!
