Our Agent, Anthony, was incredibly responsive, proactive, going above and beyond for home tours, great communication, professional, friendly and pays close attention to our needs. We definitely would recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Anthony! From the first meeting to closing day, his professionalism and expertise were outstanding. He anticipated obstacles before they even appeared, handled everything efficiently, and kept us informed at every stage. Anthony did an outstanding job helping me tour, find a great deal and negotiate key things into my experience. I initially was referred to him by another agent and couldn't be happier with the referral. Anthony helped me secure a new construction deal with all of my closing costs covered, a move in package, rate buy down, and a GOLF CART. Not only did he help me get a good deal, but he pressed the builder and advocated for me to get an inspection on the new build. Because of this, the inspector found key things that were missed that would have pushed back my close date which would have cost me money extending my rate. Anthony has the key tools and insight for purchasing homes, especially new construction. I would again highly recommend him for your next real estate transaction.

Gena is the true definition of a super star agent! Her integrity, communication skills, and her ability to genuinely care for her customers, makes her a world class agent. Gena made the process of selling our out of state home, stress free! Which seems impossible, but she did exactly that. I dont recommend or write reviews often, and I consider my self very hard to please, but Gena exceeeded all our expectations. I hope this review will help any out of state owners/buyers trying to sell/buy their house. We met Gena while trying to sell our home without an agent (for sale by owner). From the beginning, she was very caring, understanding, and helped us without expecting anything in return. She made a lasting impression, and we decided to officially used her as an agent after two months of trying to sell the house ourselves without success. She immediately went to work, evaluated our home, recommended multiple options, had multiple contractor bids to improve the look and feel of our home. She helped us manage the renovation project (since we where out of state) and keep the contractors on track. She even took the initiative to fire a contractor that was not meeting his commitments and had a second contractor smoothly take over and complete the project.Genas communication was flawless. She was really on top of all the little details and always kept us in the loop. Did I mentioned Gena was able to exceed expectations and sell the house within ONE week after listing for $40,000 higher than what we tried selling on our own!? I was scared buying my first home would be a nightmare because of all the horror stories I've heard but Anthony made it the smoothest and best experience of my life. I now own my dream home because Anthony worked with my partner and I to look for houses, was extremely responsive when we would contact him last minute to view a house, and when we found the one he made it happen! Even though we put him through the ringer, he still always had a smile on his face and made the whole process fun. He is now in charge of the flipping department of his agency, so when looking at houses he had so much knowledge of what causes certain issues in the home and how to renovate certain areas you would like to change. Anthony is the best and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
