I have dealt with Mr. Gurske in the sale of 3 properties. Two of these sales were for non-profits and one was for the sale of our 2nd home. Adam is very good at explaining the process so you have a clear picture of how things may progress. He stays in contact with all the changes or wrinkles that may turn up.
