Mary Bosio Real Estate LLC

If youre looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Mary Bosio. Downsizing from the historic house that had been our home for more than 30 years was daunting. Mary understood how important it was to find the right buyers and recognized that doing so would make the transition easier for me. Through her objective guidance on staging and preparing the home for sale, we were able to do exactly that. With specific space needs for our new home, our search was a bit unusual, but Mary was instrumental in helping us find a home that worked for us. She knows the area and market trends extremely well, is prompt in providing information and answering questions (and I had a lot of them!), and is well connected and highly respected in her field. Mary is honest, operates with integrity, and is a true professional. She also has a great sense of humor and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for all your help, Mary!

Mary is an excellent agent. She is professional but always very amiable as well. She always responds quickly and helpfully to texts, emails, and calls. She is very knowledgeable about everything relating to the houses we looked at, the surrounding communities, the home-buying process, etc. She was helpful at every step of the way. We will definitely seek her out for any future real estate needs.

Mary was very attentive, and always gave me honest feedback. She had great recommendations, communicated well with me and sold my mom's condo in a short timeframe. We were very happy with her services!

We had an outstanding experience working with Mary Bosio. From start to finish, she made the entire home-selling process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly efficient. Mary helped us sell our home in Neenah at a fair and competitive price, and we received an accepted offer in just under 10 days. Her market knowledge, pricing strategy, and attention to detail made all the difference. What impressed us most was her communication and professionalism. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and handled every detail with care. Closing went exactly as planned with no surprises or hiccups, making the entire experience seamless. If youre looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated realtor who truly works in your best interest, we highly recommend Mary Bosio. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and are grateful for everything she did for our family.

Mary is hands-down the best realtor weve ever worked with! As relocating buyers moving to Neenah, WI, we had to rely on her eyes and ears completely, purchasing our new home without an in-person viewing. Mary rose to the occasion at every step. She was always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and entirely transparent from start to finish. Her communication was flawless, and her local market expertise gave us total peace of mind. Mary turned a major relocation into a seamless, fantastic experience and exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you, Mary!
