As a first-time home buyer, I can honestly say I did not expect the process of searching and finding a home to be so easy. I started off by going to a few open houses, per recommendation from family members, mainly to find a real estate agent to work with. I happened to meet Keith at one, and right off the bat he seemed to be extremely well-informed. The thing that really sold me, is that he didn't try to SELL me on anything. One of my main concerns in my search for a realtor was that i would get stuck with a typical "salesperson", only focused on their bottom line.After this encounter I decided to contact Keith and see what we could accomplish. I gave him some of my search parameters, and he immediately went to work finding properties that fit. He was extremely helpful and willing to view all the properties I liked, and even some I found through my own searches. He definitely knows how to do his homework, and showed up to each one with as much information about the property, previous owners, renovations, concerns, and anything else he could find. I would say that my favorite part of working with Keith was is straightforward demeanor. When we saw a few properties that were in bad shape, or in questionable neighborhoods, I didn't even have to voice the concern to him; he was way ahead of me and gave me his honest opinions every time. Once I found the home I wanted to make an offer on, he did ALL the leg work. He actuated and completed all the paperwork and communications with the sellers, and made sure everything went smoothly. After all the horror stories I had heard about the process of escrow, I was shocked at how easily everything went through. Upon completion of the sale, he took it a step further and made sure that I had everything I needed to make sure my first home was an excellent home.Thank you so much Keith! I hope to someday work with you again, and will definitely recommend any and all of my friends to you.
