We were first time home buyers and pretty inexperienced when Aaron was our realtor. What I appreciated most about him was that he was very easy to work with; responsive, available, and just generally pleasant to be around for what ends up being an extended period of time while you look for houses.I thought he did well in paying attention to what we were looking for in a house and not trying to sell us on things or items we weren't comfortable with. When we wanted him to weigh in on something, he comes across impartially in a way that better highlights your options than pushing you in a direction, which is a trait I really appreciated. When we ultimately decided on a house, one which had a lot of issues with it, he worked hard in negotiating more out of the seller and stayed in close touch with us. Overall I thought he did a great job and we'd definitely use him again in selling or buying a house.
