We have bought 2 house now with Marge as our agent and all had her sell one for us too. Marge is very knowledgeable and experienced. She was recommended to us and we couldnt have gotten luckier: shes very down to earth and tells it how it is. She has good morals and integrity and she stands by it. Those qualitys are rare to find these days and we couldnt be more grateful to have had Marge in our corner through the buying and selling process. She helps make the process and little less stressful and chaotic. Shes professional and gets the job done. Our house was barely on the market a week when it sold. Both when selling and buying our next house we had the other realtor bringing in their own roof people and it complicated a lot and felt shady but Marge made sure we were looked out for and she made sure we had second opinions and protections in place to make sure we had all the correct information before moving forward. She will always go the extra mile and make sure everything is covered. She has an array of contacts she keeps in touch with and on hand when needed and everyone she has recommended for estimates or repairs has been outstanding and professional.
