My first house in 2004 was easy to come by. The out-of-town broker was the only fly in the ointment. So six years later, with dough in the bank and a great credit score, I thought I'd sleep through the home-buying process. It was a wake up call! Buyers were lured into a bidding frenzy by free federal cash and banks were suddenly ultra-conservative about their lending standards.Anyway, I got frustrated with the whole process but Adina never gave up. It was probably a blessing that we lost our bid on the first few places. We wound up with a house in a better location with a giant yard. I tried a few other agents but they really didn't seem to want to invest much time. "Buy what I have or keep walking," was the attitude I got...I don't normally have anything nice to say about people in sales but I think Adina deserves your consideration...

Adina Brooke was amazing throughout the entire process of helping us finding and purchasing our dream home. We came from California to visit and fell in love with the tricities so we decided to see a few properties that we found on zillow.
