Matt was super helpful in assisting my husband and I find our first home in Lynchburg. We felt like he really had our best interest in mind and was determined to help us find just the right fit for our family. We highly recommend him!

Thank you Matt for your assistance in purchasing our townhome. You made the process so painless. We appreciated your expertise and will gladly use your services again in the future.

Great to work with Matt again. He's the best. This was the second time working with Matt and both purchases have been very smooth. He's always available and quick to get answers to any questions you might have. His office and the law office were both easy to work with. Closing was very smooth and quick.

Matt Was great to work with. I truly feel that we wouldve not been able to get the home. We wanted without Matts help and guidance. He truly went the extra mile and was even in communication with us while he was out of the country for a trip. I would recommend Matt Grant to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his team..
