This was our first home buying experience. In a sellers market, being out of state, and a two month timeline to relocate my family, Patricia really helped make it all happen. This is a major change for anyone and having a great realtor is crucial. Being out of state we were not able to make the commute to view houses but Patricia made sure we got to see every inch of the homes we were interested in via FaceTime tours. If cell reception wasnt available, she made sure we got videos, images, and her personal notes. She drove all over CT to show us houses. She was very informative and directed us to towns that fit our criteria. If there was a house we were interested in that she felt may not fit our bill, she didnt hesitate to let us know. She truly wanted to help us find a great home and not just any old house. We didnt know anything about CT so Patricia essentially acted as our tour guide! She also helped us understand all of the fine details about how we should offer and negotiate, especially helpful when we were dealing with so many other offers going in on the houses we were interested in. Patricia also linked us up with an incredible home inspector and a great real estate attorney to close out the process. In the end, Patricia helped land us in a wonderful area with exactly what we were looking for. Coming out of this experience, I would totally recommend Patricia to anyone and especially so for an out of state move. (Patricia, sorry this took a year to write! We hope all is well)

Josy is amazing! Being a first time homebuyer can be an intimidating process; however, Josy provided comfort, reassurance and offered great advice. She was very personable, warm/friendly, honest and you can tell she actually cares about her clients. She went above and beyond, had regular check-ins and was always responsive. Her expertise and knowledge made the process easy to understand. She advocated for us, provided connections and made sure we found a home that was perfect for us. We can not thank her enough for all of her hard work and patience. I highly recommend working with her and plan to refer friends and family to her.
