Marganon Real Estate Firm

As a first time, home buyer and not knowing what to expect during the home buying process Lazzaro made me feel very comfortable and instilled in me confidence that what I was doing was right for my fiance and I. He assured me along the way that the information and documents asked from me were highly necessary in order for me to complete the process of purchasing my first home and thanks to him and his knowledge everything was a success as my fiance and I love our new home.

Being new to Florida, I found Lazaro to be extremely knowledgeable, and insightful. His attention to my needs was meet almost before I made a request. Lazaro was ready to assist me and his staff was always pleasant and always had a ready smile. I bought my first Florida home and am quite pleased.

Lazaro does not answer phone calls ever nor does he call back even after voicemail requests. My house did eventually sell under market value compared to the comparables. He also threatened me via email and his business practices were opaque and financial ethics were questionable.

Lazaro made finding a home easy! He went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. We were sent daily emails with only the homes that met the criteria we wanted.
