My husband and I just bought our 1st home with Danielle Germick, and I would just like to say although we had a few bumps in our path Danielle was more than understanding and helpful. She answered questions for us night or day and when for any reason we asked her anything she did not feel 100 percent certain about she was quick to get the information we needed. As 1st time home buyers we were both a little lost and confused and actually went through 3 other realtors before we found Danielle. Not until then did we actually make the decision to buy our home in the area. Danielle was more knowlegable then we could have hoped for. She also asked for more during our closing than we knew available. With much success we are excited and comfortable to enter our new home this holiday season. Working with Danielle was a complete breeze. Danielle was eager to help in the my house search, despite the task being quite challenging as I did not know exactly what I wanted. Danielle went above and beyond in my house search, scheduling endless showings (not to mention very frequently and timely), available to chat day and night, and constantly providing me with information regarding the market, neighborhoods, house values, and the future potential of properties we looked at. Danielle was so much more than just an Agent in my process, she served as Agent, friend, developer, project manager, and friend. She is an incredible negotiator, and her experience in the field proves when the time comes for offers as she was diligent and successful in the process of closing with a good, fair price for the property.
