We wanted to look at homes on New Years Eve, and Zack dropped everything to make sure we could see all the properties we wanted at short notice during a time when most other realtors we contacted were unwilling or unavailable. I visited New Orleans to see family for Thanksgiving holiday, and to see properties for sale, mainly duplexes. A few real estate agents I contacted about properties posted on Zillow etc, kindly responded to my emails, a couple of called, while Danielle went out of her way to set up a meeting and show properties around the city realizing I was in town for a short period of time and time was of essence. She found time even though it was Holidays and most other agents weren?t working that week. She did her research and took us to a few select properties which were within my budget and right on target. She was informative and provided great guidance to me given that I was new to the real estate buying process. Her personality, communication, and work ethic is excellent, and she put in a lot of effort during the process. The transaction took extremely long to complete because it was an investment property, with a lender and buyer out of Louisiana. Danielle was extremely patient and accommodating. She showed us the houses and answered many questions and provided objective information and opinions about the New Orleans market, opportunities, and homes individually. She made the process easier than it could have been, especially with various obstacles we had that required a few extensions. Given that it was during the holiday season I appreciated the extra effort she took to accommodate us. She knew what it took and understood how much we cared to buy the particular property and her knowledge of the law and persistence paid of. She was always available, by phone, text, email, even during her own vacation. I was happy and pleased with the experience and appreciate her professionalism, and personal rapport she built with us. I would strongly recommend Danielle for those seeking to buy a home or investment properties in New Orleans metro area.

ZillowVERIFIED Danielle was never in the office until after 1PM. My wife had to do most of the tracking down to answers of the many questions she could not answer. After knowing she didnt know an answer she would just give us an answer that popped into her head and we would find out later that it was wrong. ZillowVERIFIED I first contacted Danielle to enquire about rental properties. My husband and I had no intentions to buy because being a military family we didn't know how long we'd be at Fort Bragg. Danielle convinced me that buying isn't as scary as it seems and that we'd be making an investment as well as saving money in the long run. She explained the whole process to me up front and reminded me along the way too. We crunched numbers and found out what our actual price range would be and then went searching for my home. Danielle was always very easy to get ahold of, there was never a restricted time frame that i could or couldn't call her. After we found our dream home we couldn't wait to move in. Danielle selected a wonderful lender that planned to have us in our home within a week. We hit a snag when a small detail prevented us from continuing to work with that lender. We were then left with the option to find a new home or find a new lender. We were in love with the home we selected so Danielle kept us optimistic when she immediately found us a new lender that would finance our home. We later found that this lender wasn't so wonderful because she had no sense of urgency to get us the keys to our new home. Regardless, Danielle did everything in her power to help us in whatever we needed through the frustrating wait period.
